Sharp Monthly Rises (Baseline Date: 2026-09-10)

The baseline date is 2026-09-10, 30 days ago. Since it is the oldest collection date in the archive, comparisons can only be made from this date. The largest gain was PureGym in GB (+41, #4). It was followed by Usapo by Kurashiru in JP (+39, #1), FanDuel Sportsbook & Casino in the US (+39, #3), and MyChart in HR (+39, #6). Several PDF apps rose substantially across multiple countries (PDFMaster in DE at #1, +37; PDF File Plus in GB at #6, +37). Among apps absent on the baseline date, Rotate Rings entered at #1 in DE's game/free chart and is now in the top 3 in all six countries.

Trends by Tier

The top tier (ranks 1–10) was 94% held, 1% new, with |Δ| of 0.8, showing almost no movement. The middle tier (ranks 11–30) was also stable, at 92% held and |Δ| of 1.6. Turnover was highest in the lower tier (ranks 31–45), with 82% held, 11% new, and |Δ| of 2.1. New movement is appearing in lower positions first. Since developer names are unavailable in the data, it is not possible to determine whether a small number of developers dominate the top ranks.

Trends by Country

DE and KR had the most new entries, with 62 each. In KR, 43 of 54 charts could be compared with the previous report, giving these figures the strongest backing. Only 23 of 54 charts could be compared in GB, so its total of 37 may understate the actual number. Top-10 held rates were 93–95% in every country. Regular apps appearing in the top 10 across multiple countries—including WhatsApp, Spotify, Duolingo, ChatGPT, and X—remain unchanged. Country-specific movements include Disney+ in the US (+15, #6), Binance in KR (+25, #17), and C&A in DE (+32, #7).

Trends by Category

android-tools had the most turnover (22 new entries), followed by android-sports (20). android-game, android-health-and-fitness, and android-personalization each had 15. Recommended Actions

  • Link to Windows is moving simultaneously in four countries: GB, US, DE, and JP. It would be timely to create explanatory content today around the theme of “smartphone and PC integration.” Check tomorrow whether its rankings continue to rise in each country.
  • Rotate Rings has established itself in the top 3 of game/free across all six countries in 30 days. Prioritize a piece analyzing the reasons behind its success.
  • The rise of PDF tools (PDFMaster at #1 in DE and PDF File Plus at #6 in GB) and Emoji Battery (DE, HR, and US) can be packaged as a cross-cutting utilities trend for an easy-to-write article.
  • Crunchyroll Manga in GB (comics #2) can serve as a breaking-news topic tailored to anime and manga audiences.
  • Before reporting new entries in grossing and paid charts, check whether they overlap with sources that failed to collect data. Also request re-collection of unstable TOP_GROSSING/TOP_PAID sources.

Data Quality Notes

The collection covered 389 charts, of which 363 charts (13,465 rows) were retrieved; 26 charts were not retrieved. The total of 389 excludes 241 charts that sources do not publish from the configured schedule. Of the 363 charts, only 219 could be compared with the previous report (2026-10-09). The remaining 144 had no previous collection, so neither rank changes nor new entries could be determined for them (and they were not counted as new). GB in particular had only 23/54 comparable charts, so its count of new entries may be lower than the actual figure. Of the most recent runs, six were only partially completed, with 34 collection failures. Unstable sources include TOP_GROSSING for DE and HR, as well as most TOP_GROSSING and TOP_PAID sources for GB, JP, KR, and the US. Therefore, new entries in grossing and paid charts (such as DE medical grossing) may include apparent entries caused by missing prior collections and should be handled cautiously. The monthly baseline date of 2026-09-10 is the oldest date in the archive, so a full month of data is not yet available. developer is missing for 75,721 records, so it is not possible to analyze whether developers dominate the top ranks. ratingCount is also missing for 75,721 records, and rating is missing for 1,916 records.
